I believe it was the worst car fixing I’ve ever dealt with. We arrived there with a simple issue: we needed a new code for our radio to work. The car was a rental one and we were given the wrong code by the company so they recommended us the official Renault store to fix the issue. We arrived there and been told the boss was out of town so we had to wait a few days for the code. We waited and they later on gave us the same wrong code and said that if it doesn’t work “it’s our problem and we should fix that and leave the car somewhere else for system repair.” Yes, dude, that’s exactly what we wanted the day we stopped by and nothing was done. I got stuck for days with a very expensive rental car because they refused to reset the system the day we stopped by. The person talking with me on WhatsApp was super rude and unpolished. They are probably the only official Renault store in the area but if you can wait to have your issue efficiently solved somewhere else, I would recommend doing so.

После долгого путешествия возникла необходимость поменять масло и фильтры на моем патфиндере. Ехал мимо, заглянул, назначили время, приехал, тут же на подъемник, ребята все сделали за час, прочекали тачку, исправили мелкие проблемки попутно. Говорят на родном языке и на английском. Русский понимают. Остался доволен, рекомендую.

Very good renault servise. Prices are excellent. They are cheeper in compare to prices in Serbia. Service was fast, reception guy very fast and polite. So in one word excellent service.
