We were very happy with the service! We booked the car through free2move and they were very accommodating when we returned the car because we returned it late due to bad weather conditions. The price-performance ratio was great and we got lots of great tips for excursions in Slovenia. It was also great that the toll had already been paid by the car center. We even got a coupon for the taxi ride back to the hotel! Any time :)

In response to my wife's review, an email announced that the 50 EUR would be transferred back. This did not happen even after multiple phone calls and emails. It is still the booking number TCR-357407. With this company, you should not trust the word of the employees when booking rental cars. Clarify everything immediately and not afterwards.

We were initially satisfied with the service from the DS Store, but €50 too much was charged to our credit card for renting the car (07/12/23) via free2move, which the employee who took care of it told us when we dropped it off (07/24). 23) said. It was an oversight and the money would be returned immediately after processing. To date we have not been able to reach anyone on site by email and we have not received a response. Please be careful if this happens to you and insist on the money being refunded immediately! As of December: Multiple emails indicating that they wanted to take care of this immediately. Nothing happened so far! As of March 2024: long phone calls again, with the promise that things would be taken care of. Nothing has happened so far...

Wir waren zunächst mit dem Service vom DS Store zufrieden, allerdings wurden 50€ zu viel auf unserer Kreditkarte abgebucht für das Ausleihen des Autos (12.07.23) über free2move, was der Mitarbeiter, der sich darum kümmerte, uns bei der Abgabe (24.07.23) sagte. Es sei ein Versehen gewesen und das Geld würde nach Abwicklung sofort wieder zurückgebucht werden. Bis heute konnten wir vor Ort niemanden per Mail erreichen, uns wird nicht geantwortet. Bitte passt auf, wenn euch das passiert und besteht auf die sofortige Zurückbuchung des Geldes! Stand Dezember: Vielfacher E-Mail-Verkehr mit dem Hinweis, dass man sich umgehend darum kümmern wolle. Bis jetzt nichts passiert!
