Absolutely terrible experience at this Bauhaus location. We spent ages trying to find a worker to help us, and when we finally did, he just told us to go look for his coworker somewhere else in the store! The second person we found said he was just a student and couldn’t assist us. After all that, we were informed that the person we actually needed was on a meal break, and we’d have to wait 10 minutes just to buy the doors we needed. To make things worse, we weren’t the only ones—several other customers were having the same problem. This is not the level of service I expect from a store like Bauhaus. Super bad organization and frustratingly poor customer service.

The stock displayed on Web is not in aligned with the real stock in the shop. Several times I was checking on web and if you go there, it is not available and some products are sold out already long times ago. Bad experience!!!
