I’m in awe of this brand! I ordered a pair of funky heels for my wedding but unfortunately the size didn’t fit (my fault with the different between US and EU sizes). They worked with me to not only get me the right size, but swapped out for some gorgeous and playful flats I could wear daily. The customer service in all of this was impeccable. 5 stars for quality too; these lovelies are truly hand made, carefully crafted and even more beautiful in person than the photos. I highly recommend these shoes from a quality and customer experience perspective.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company. I reside in Canada. The pair came with defective insoles + black spots on both shoes. I communicated with the company and I sent the shoes back paying more than $50 just for shipping. They refused to cover these expenses saying the shoes were "fine". Dishonest approach to business. I was unable to take propoer pictures inside the shoes and communicated with Dusan right away after receiving the pair: it is very obviuos when looking inside the shoes ( defective insoles) and outside : balck spots on both shoes ath back ( and the shoes are red!)
