I assume the website is based in Ljubljana, so putting this review here. Never, never, never buy from Liupka's website. They claim everything is in stock, but after you buy it, they tell you they don't have it and they need to get it from somewhere, and this takes forever. They don't honor their delivery dates, and if you complain you get nothing but excuses and lies. You'll be old and gray before you ever see your stuff. Slow, incompetent and dishonest seems an ineffective business model, but somehow they stay in business. If you absolutely must deal with them, go to their shop in person. It makes it harder for them to ignore you.

Dear Melinda, you placed your order on Thursday, in order to fulfill your order we need to move two items from our shop in Zagreb. With Friday being a public holiday in Croatia, this would only give us effectively two working days to complete your order by the time of your review. Unfortunately our algorithms for predicting lead times do not factor in public holidays. That is something we should look into.
