We had booked a 4-day hike in the Karavankes through a tour company and went to Koala Sport looking for some gear and for some more information about the trails we were to hike on. We are so glad we did! He provided us with information on the current trail conditions which had snow and ice in the higher elevations. He also provided us with alternative hikes to consider that kept us in the lower elevations. We were so thankful for his knowledge of the area. And for the gear and clothes we picked up as well!

I’ve been to many stores in my life, but the visit in Koala sports was different than any other! The people were really nice and kind and gave us some good recommendations. Their selection of Arcteryx and Löffler clothes is very classy and cheap. We had a great time trying on some clothes and chatting with the owners. I loved they were not pushy at all. We recommend to visit this shop and get some nice sportswear!

Bought a new Arcteryx jacket there two weeks ago and absolutely it. The owner is not bound to one specific brand, that makes his selection a whole lot better. He simply picks the best things from each brand. He was also very courteous and knowledgeable. All in all a pleasant experience.
