absolutely wonderful company to deal with. I live in Colorado, USA and was looking for a back country touring ski pole from Leki that wasn't available USA. I ordered it on a Friday and received it the next Thursday with standard shipping. They almost immediately posted shipping information, tracking number, and invoice to an email and the package arrived very well packed. Prices were way better than expected and shipping from Slovenia was cheaper than USA. The shipper, DHL, was also amazing, I even got a phone call from a rep telling me my package was going to arrive the next day. Definitely will do business with them again

Got great deal on Elan WC/SLX, not available in USA Shops!! Very professional staff, and reponse and shipping went perfect. Unfortunately due to rough handling buy UPS one edge had some very small roughed up areas(nothing a racing tune I was going to have done anyway as they just come w the factory tune anyway),was caused by the bubble pack they use popping. I am rating them 5 star because it was not their fault. However I would suggest an extra layer of tape over the outside edges of wrapping as they don't ship them in a box like alot of shops. All good, and will definitely do business w them again, but will ask for more durable packing, as the factory edge's are so sharp they will cut through the tape and bubble wrap if UPS is rude!
