I came here last week to buy a book as a souvenir. The selection of Slovenian novels translated to English was rather small, but I got some recommendations immediately and left with a copy of "Yugoslavia, My Fatherland" (Jugoslavija, moja dežela). It was one of the best books I've read in a while, and I'll definitely drop by again the next time I'm in Ljubljana.
