They are not interested in serving the customer by solving problems in the kitchen, they drive customers away by saying "it's waisting time on you project", without giving any solution. I waited two days for them to call me back after sending the project details. I wouldn't recommend, better visit the nearest store in Trieste for the same Italian brand and much better service. Even working hours are quite funny. Cheers
