Apart from the Telemach, this place has the worst customer care I've experienced so far. Gave my appliance under guarantee to be fixed, after 60 days of no contact, I called them and was pointed towards the servis whose taking care of it, only to be told there that they didn't recived my item. After mentioning this via email, I was asked to come to the store to take new item. At the store, they didn't had the model of the icemaker and told me to choose another one, only to be told that I have to cover the rest because the cheapest model was more expensive then the one I bought originaly. All of this without any apologies for making me wait two months even when the law states 45 days. So I asked for my money back, which is now worth less then year and a half ago, but still. Then I had to wait for that money to be paid to my account. And the sales people where not helpful whatsoever.

Danes sem hotel kupiti tv višjega cenovnega razreda. Starejši gospod na oddelku popolnoma nezinentereseran. Prodajalec nima niti osnovnega bontona ,da bi pozdravil stranko.Svetla izjema gospod močnejše postave. Sem pač nesel 3 jurje v big beng.
