Terrible salesmanship, terrible customer service. I go there because friends recommend it, but they don't tell you all the details and leave you hanging without offering a solution. Oh and the salesman greeted me, said he has to go to sell a machine to a couple that came after me, left me alone for about an hour and all other salesmen refused to help me. I was stuck in their shop with 4 young kids for an hour and a half. Oh and their cashier lectured me that the kids would get hurt playing. Then upon delivery there was no installation (nor did he ever mention they do installation). Oh, and even after a 10 minute call, no offer to make it up. He just told me to come back to the shop again, do a new installation order and wait for a few days more. Oh what fun before a weekend.
