One average a more confusing indoor layout as in the nearby Ikeas (IT, AT) with less shortcuts to hasten the visit. You cannot enter the lower area from the entrance, either - you have to go first up amd then down. So no quick grab-what-you-need and go. Some smaller products are exclusively on the shopfloor so there go another 10-15 minutes of cruising around. I get it - it's a nice customer experience if you actually want to look around but a total nightmare if you're just there for a couple of things that cannot be picked up for whatever reason (ie online shop says it can only be picked within the store). Parking is even more confusing as they don't let the cars park near the exit. You have to wander relatively far with the goods. Will be more fun during rainy days, apparently as there's no covered parking place beneath the shop. Definitely a lot of room for improvement. Update, June 2022: Lower area can now be accessed, so that's ok now. And you can park anywhere now. But there's still no solution when doing shopping alone and trying to unload the cart into car if there's bad weather. You could leave the cart there at the exit but not really something I'd do. Also there are self serving terminals for checkout which is great but only 2 out of 4 are active. The other 2 have an "out-of-order" sign now for a couple of months already. As a general thing - I'm still using Italian Ikea in the vicinity as this one just doesn't have the variety of products compared to the other one.
