I like that IKEA is in Slovenia, it is handy. I also like pick up possibilities and delivery. I have been an IKEA customer for a long time, I am used of IKEA in neighbouring countries and I know what products they have, so I had big expectations for IKEA Slovenia. Now I have a problem because it doesn't have as many products as Italian or Austrian IKEA nearby. It is also a big problem of stock or rather lack of it...it seems IKEA have lately had a problem with stock also around. First I thought it was the opening hiccup in Slovenia and covid situation, but no, there are still problems....if I want to put a simple pax closet together I would have to get something from Italy, something from Zagreb, our (Ljubljana) has the least parts...and when I ask when the products will be available they are happy to help, but the stock will be in a month or two, or longer but they don't have that information. Dishwashers....they have only pricier, don't have cheaper models as other countries have several and even this only one is out of stock and they have no idea if they will get another one (probably not, because other also don't have stock (or only a few) and have newer models....but it would be nice if someone would explain that to me and said we are between models, this one is out and we will get newer model in two weeks or so). If there will be only pricier I will go and buy a dishwasher like Bosh or something. I can't imagine buying a kitchen in IKEA at the moment if half of the parts are missing. I am not used to that with IKEA, they mostly have stock and that is what makes them different...I can go to any other store and wait for 3 or more months for delivery. I don't know why it takes so long to get the stock, in that case it would be reasonable that stores nearby that have stock would help eachother or something....I know there are different countries, different products and prices, but IKEA should have some kind of system for that kind of situation if there is a problem with production or central . I am sorry to say that I have been disappointed lately.
