their products are bad quality even for a low price, nothing does the job, there's a flaw or a design problem with almost everything. i wouldn't recommend buying here unless it's almost free

Naročili smo pisalno mizo za katero so trdili, da bo prišla v 4-5 tednov. Po 5-ih tednih smo jih klicali dva dni. Pisal mail. Naslednji dan pa odpišejo da pride predvidoma čez 4 tedne. Brez kakršnega koli opravičila oz. slabe vesti!

Very bad. Waited for delivery for 5 weeks instead of 3 and now we can't ever put up together the wardrobe as one piece is WRONG! We can't reach customer support. We need service or the right piece RIGHT AWAY but no one is answering us. We didn't get what we payed for!!! This is sooo bad and REALLY disappointing. Moving house depends on it and they don't care at all about what they've done. They behave as they don't need you as a customer. The only thing they are REALLY good at is telling you YOU'LL HAVE TO WAIT. But how long??? If you don't want any trouble, DON'T CONSIDER BUYING HERE!!! Same goes for Lesnina. They always have an excuse.
