In June we were touring Slovenia in our BMW Z4. We had a leak in the cooling system. We managed to reach our hotel by filling the cooling system with water. This BMW Service was close to our hotel so the next day we went over there. We arrived at 11 am and they immediately had a look at the car while we were having a nice espresso. Turned out that the expansion tank was leaking. The owner proposed to order a new part, that would arrive at 2 pm, and they re-arranged the schedule for the day so they could repair my car. While we were sightseeing Ljubljana (got over there by bus, they brought us to the bus stop in town), they fixed the car and when we returned at 4 pm, everything was finished. Very friendly and professional people! And we could continue our holiday without any more problems. Highly recommended!

I was riding my bicycle in the area. Then I had a problem with my disc breaks, and I had to stop for reparations in front of the shop. After a few minutes trying to fix the issue, unsuccessfully, a person came from the shop. He said that he was called Tomaž (I think). He helped a lot, he did the hard work, taking the wheel out, the pads out. Discussing differences with his bicycle and car breaks. He ended up with dirty hands, and he fixed it! Then, just after fixing it, a BMW customer came, and then he left to do his job. Thank you very much, Tomaž. Hvala!
