Repeated Issues with refunds clearly they dont want to except product withing return period either that is not suitable or either unused. Also be aware they don't refund back on card or cash. You will get vouchers which you have to spend in the shop within couple of Weeks. Clearly Not good for people that are not living close by or abroad and visiting this shop only for bigger shopping. Also some items are overpriced. So check your shopping locally beforehand. Thanks

Ok. So where to start. This branch is from all around Bauhaus branches the worst in my opinion. Within 600km perimeter. German, Austrian, Czech , Croatian and Ljubljana. I am frequent shopper all around Europe here and in other branches including competitors . One star is for competitive prices, second star is for wood cutting guy saw mill service. He was exceptional beyond expectations another star is going to staff in outdoor center and garden access via vehicles only. They are always helpful and positive plus there are happy to speak English or having nerves and passion listening my basic Slovenian. -1 one star is for cruel policy with returns. As you never get refund on card or cash as it's always vaucher and it's time limited. Wtf. Considering that I am spending a lot and made fortune to this shop in past. Also you get dirty look and attitude from cashier that you are criminal. How dare you to get back and ask for refund. ???? It's common practice stick to it. No professionals will be running around executing jobs efficiently without buying extra just in case. Refund is her for such a scenarios. We might always keep something or just simply return. No big deal. - 2.second star is going to wrong pricing tags. It's a mess. I am not detective or supervisor checking correct labeling. -3. Star is going to security. I am frequently bothered by some dodgy sellers on car park. Offering designer clothing, kitchenware and sort of crap. It's costing me my valued time and my patience. Its so hard not to be approached. I am usually always anxious when parking or going to car. Since the car park is part of your - Bauhas premises and it's strictly private I do believe so it's your responsibility to protect shoppers from such unexpected encounters. I was happy to shop here in past. As prices seem to make sense. But lately competitors just by the corner do offer more with better return especially for dry wall products. I usually do not like to give negative reviews which considering two stars as negative but I think sometimes it's important to share my personal opinion. Especially if that help Bauhaus managment to improve services as overall I like this European builders warehouses. Many Thanks
