The WORST webshop that I have ever used. On 2nd June, I ordered 10 bottles of Tatratea (Slovak tea liqueur), but still I have no shipping information nor reply, even I asked for the staff for several times. It does no even deserve a one star rating.

very bad experience! I ordered two bottles of premium wine for a special dinner on 13.05.21. Until now (25.05.21) I haven’t received them yet. On the website it is written “delivery in 3/4 working days”. I contacted them and no one apologised for the delay. I don’t think they had this wine in the deposit. Please buy your wines only to specialists and they aren’t.

A month ago I have ordered a bottle as a birthday present but it has never been delivered. The shop was trying to be helpful as it seems like DHL delivered it to the wrong house and person (although I gave wevino.store address that stated the house name and contact phone number, which DHL apparently ignored?). 30 days later I have not received the order, nor the money back. Since last week the shop Wewino.store has stopped replying to my emails with request for refund. Update: 3 months later and Wevino is still not replying to me nor did they refund me (the bottle never arrived)
