This is a company of scammers that will promise to deliver what you've ordered, and paid an exhorbitant price for, but in the end you will get whatever they decide because they just cannot be bothered to fulfil the order as requested and paid for! I highly do not recommend dealing with them, but in case you do, make sure you involve a lawyer from the beginning because you will need one to deal with Pirnar in the end! This was the 3rd door we've ordered from them, after giving them the benefit of the doubt for the first 2 others! They demand a premium price for the products, while their customer service is of the shitties quality there is! We went to this store in person and had the misfortune to be assigned to their seller Anja Pogačar, who promised us that she would make sure we would get the design we want for our door! We made it clear a few times that we want the design of the door that is displayed in their showroom, and she confirmed that she understood our wish. She and her colleagues then sent us countless versions of the order documents to confirm other technical details (and the extra amount of euros on top!). In every order there was an image attached, but it was mentioned 3 times all over the document that the image is not representative of the final product!!! We assumed since they're asking a premium price, their customer service would also match that, and they will follow through with our requests. A few months down the lines, the doors are delivered IN THE WRONG DESIGN!!! To make matters worse, these scammers are insisting it's our fault EVEN THOUGH IT WAS WRITTEN 3(THREE) TIMES ALL OVER THE ORDER DOCUMENT THAT THE ILLUSTRATION IS NOT ACTUAL! So they're demanding another 800euros to fix their mistake! Not to mention that the finishing and the quality of the delivered door is horrendous! We were hoping to enjoy the doors we were so eagerly waiting for, and worked hard to afford, but unfortunately Anja Pogačar and her colleagues decided to ruin this experience for us! When we ordered this door, we didn't know that with Pirnar third time is not luck and it'll mean going to court to get what we ordered!
