DO NOT BUY FISH from here i have multiple times giving them chances my tank is balanced correctly and everytime i have bought fish from here they die either a few hours later or a week or two its ridiculous the amount of money being spent for them to always die there reptiles look ok but dont buy the fish its not worth loosing your money there in poor quality and give poor advice on them please dont make the same mistake i did.

Do not buy a vivarium of these they sold me this viv as new after I set it up and put my animal init I noticed all these signs of wear and tare it’s clearly second hand and been damaged the glass doesn’t even fit properly the wood is all warped and separated they offered me a refund if I brought it back but I’m not able to put the animal anywhere else now or travel another 2 hours to return it plus I already threw away all the packaging for the vivarium so don’t fancy damaging my car!!!

Went in to look, was then talking into rehoming an adult Gecko that was looking un loved and under weight, but charged us as much as new setup would have cost. Only to discover soon after, that it had gecko crypto disease, hundreds of pounds in vet bills later the Gecko died and we had to dispose of all equipment due to high contagiousness of the ilness meaning nothing can be reused. Thanks to this place it has been a very expensive month.

Bought my first ever Snake here for my birthday last week and I Couldn't have had a better experience at all! The lady that helped me choose which one I wanted was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable. My biggest worry going to buy my first snake was feeling stupid about not knowing enough but that was nothing to be worried about with how lovely and accomodating all the staff were that day! Super happy with my purchase and my new snake is home and happy in his started vivarium I bought from here as well! I'm already looking forward to the next snake for the collection when I have a little more experience
