By far the best local fish store in north wales great reliable advise never push to sell just for a sale and easily the best prices I’ve seen anywhere and a great selection of stock including lake tang, thank you guys for continued great service.

Always helpful, live stock kept in top condition (sometimes odd white spots on fish but when you let the staff know they will quarantine and treat the affected ones). Knowledgeable, I really appreciate the advices given to get successful tank set up.

Located on an industrial estate. There is a small carpark on site. The premises are always clean and tidy. The staff are knowledgeable and really helpful. They stock everything for inverts, amphibians, reptiles and fish (including salt water....lots of corals etc) Animals look healthy and are housed well (i.e snakes have hides, lizards have space to climb).

I buy my bearded dragon food from contact pets. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, it’s great to take children to learn about reptiles and fish

Unfortunately the cardinal tetras that we were sold had white spot disease that I only noticed when we got home. Also we asked for 4 female & 2 male platys but were sold the opposite: 2 female & 4 males.

Went in yesterday didn't realise it was 15mins before closing. Decided what we were after. Staff aware we wanted to buy but at 5 lights were switched off and we were told they were closed while we were still in there. Told them we were after animals and were simply told we are closed. Ended up elsewhere buying 2 snakes and a tarantula. With housings for a snake and the tarantula. Because staff wanted to go lost out on a £300 plus sale and have lost customers for life.

Great local exotic pet shop. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great range for beginners to advanced animal keepers. I got almost everything for my aquarium from here including live plants and fish and everything is doing great
