I want to say that I was extremely positively surprised by the attitude and work of Mr. Lidija employees in this service.
My problem started with the failure of work on an American Hisense refrigerator. I tried to order a part directly in the Gorenje service system in Velenje. Hopeless. The system is a disaster. Even the employees of this center did not know how or did not want to come to help. Maybe they just couldn't do it.
I decided to try again at the service center in Novi Mesto. I encountered an extremely pleasant and friendly employee of this service, Ms. Lidia, who really tried and managed to find a suitable spare part, ordered it and it arrived the next day, despite the fact that she had to search dozens, if not hundreds, of different models refrigerators and thus locate the appropriate spare part.
I have to admit that I had a bad opinion of the Gorenje service network, which was based on my personal experience when ordering spare parts. Now Mrs. Lidija has convinced me that everything is not so bad after all, and it is her attitude towards customers that has diametrically improved my impression of this service network. Thank you Mrs. Lidija.

Sicer gre za servis gospodinjskih strojev Gorenje. Pestra izbira rezervnih delov. Ocena 4 je le zaradi manjšega prostora, ki ne omogoča takojšnjo nabavo nekaterih rezervnih delov toda se slednji dobijo do v nekaj dni.
