***[Initial review June 2023] I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase of a full set of kitchen electronics. When I unwrapped the refrigerator, I discovered that it was damaged. The manufacturer refused to replace it. After complaining to the seller, Kralj Commerce, they agreed to replace the fridge but brought one that had been used for exhibition in the store. This refrigerator had bumps and traces of usage as it had been kept open in the store. So, instead of receiving a new refrigerator, I ended up with an old one. Neither the manufacturer nor the seller offered any other options or compensation. I will never shop at Kralj Commerce again. ***[Update review December 2023] After nine months of constant issues with the refrigerator, and numerous attempts to resolve the problem with both Kralj Commerce and Elektro Stroj (an official Electrolux local repair shop), we finally received approval for a replacement. The new refrigerator was delivered to our address, and I must give most of the credit to the Kralj Commerce team, who processed and pushed for the replacement when there was no resolution from the manufacturer or repair shop. This experience has proven Kralj Commerce to be a reliable retailer after all.
