Two months ago purchased two items from this store, one scope and one mount for scope. When i received them, the scope was not what i had ordered so i asked them if i could change it. But their precidure is so slow and their customers service even worse that for every email that we exchange a week passes for me to get an answer. I understand that mistakes can be made but someone should be responsible for correcting them, but that's not the case with this store. 15/7/23 One hour after i wrote about my experience, three emails were exchanged between me and the shop which led to the resolution of my problem, with me selecting an alternative product and optics trade sending it to me for free. That was more than I expected from them to do, but the only reason I believe they did that is because I wrote about my experience in public, if i hadn't done that probably I would still be waiting for a reply to my emails. But even at the last minute they did show a high level of professionalism so I think I will give them a better rating. PS To the optics trade team, I commit to give you an even better rating, if in two months from today you send me an email to remind me. After all I think its only fair if i waited for so long, that you wait for the same period of time.

Commande traitée et envoyée avec rapidité : bravo à la boutique elle-même... Le bémol vient du prix du port délégué à UPS : près de 15€ pour un acheminement rapide de Slovénie en France, ok, mais si c'est pour tomber sur des livreurs incompétents au bout !... Après signalement des dysfonctionnements à Optic Trade, ils m'ont proposé un code livraison gratuite pour une prochaine commande... J'aurais préféré qu'ils me remboursent celle-ci, mais le geste est toujours appréciable !...
