Optics Trade EU was super to deal with...due to a mistake in advertising the cover for my Shield sight they sent did not fit...because of the expense of shipping they are refunding the cost of the cover and spared me the expense of returning the part that doesn't fit! Great service! Every communication was prompt and courteous...I will not hesitate to order from them again!!

I bought from them Swarovski EL 12 x 50 Binoculars they don't reply to messages until late I requested a cancellation after 4 days of request They sent it via dhl mail This is bad Binoculars does not have a card sticker and does not have a bag that deceived me High rating
