Very beautifully made chess boards. I bought the handmade Staunton standard board and it is beautiful. There was some error with the shipment, but customer service was very quick and friendy to fix the mistake. Would recommend!

I was looking for the dgt3000 clock but it was out of stock everywhere in US. Decided to take a risk to order from oversea, surprisingly the overall buying experience is superb. transaction was smooth, price was reasonable, shipping was faster than ordering domestically(ordered on Thursday and arrived the Tuesday after). Terrible experience with them. Bought a chess set using Paypal, received no confirmation of the order whatsoever. Sent numerous emails: no answer. Had to go through paypal refund to get an answer, and then the answer was very strange: "Hi there We checked everything. And it was not shipped. Order was pin rocess but case was opened prior shipment. So was put on hold. We are now issuing full refund. Apologies for some delay in responding. Warm regards". They refunded me directly without proposing to deliver again the set. I think this website is a scam and they hope some people won't complain to paypal.
