I have used other sheet music providers before but wanted my new purchase to be transposed. That was available with Fresh Sheet Music so I made my order but the document failed to print. I sent an email explaining what had happened and was sent a PDF copy in the right key within 5 minutes. Very Impressive! I shall use the site again. Richard

I made my first purchase of sheet music from Fresh Sheet Music. Unfortunately, I was unable to download it or print it off. I emailed the office immediately explaining what had happened. My answer was waiting for me the following morning. I had an email apologising for the problem and within the email was the facility for me to save the music as a PDF. I am absolutely delighted, and will return to Fresh Sheet Music for more music as and when I want it.

I wasn't able to to print what i bought because of a technical problem. In addition you can click only 1 time in order to print and if you miss this chance you have to buy it again. However the client service responded quickly and that's great.

I ordered a song from this company, and when I went to print, it was blank sheets. I tried reloading, closing and opening the website - nothing. I sent a message, and received an answer the NEXT DAY. I was in a time crunch - needed the song for a rehearsal - so I had to go to a competitor's web store, where I was able to purchase and download with no trouble in less than 2 minutes. I requested a refund, and they simply replied that THEY had been able to open it with no trouble. Terrible customer service, faulty product delivery. I won't order from them again.

Just discovered this website. So excited! Another way to get sheet music and transposition! Not easy to find. I purchased some music and it was easy and seamless.
