I don’t usually write reviews, but the people at motoxgeneration helped me out big time: I had some trouble with my Husqvarna bike on a longer tour across Europe and needed help quickly. Not only did the team reply to my call on a Sunday, but they were happy to diagnose and fix the bike right away as I got there the next day! No appointment, no problem, all just absolutely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, thanks so much!

Danke für die spontane Hilfe👍👍👍 Nachdem meine Norden bei einer Urlaubsreise in Slowenien doch einiges an Kühlwasser verlor und ich bis nach Hause noch 2000km fahren wollte, bin ich zu Moto X Generation nach Ljubljana gefahren und das hilfsbereite Team hat sich sofort um mein Problem gekümmert obwohl ich keinen Termin hatte und es sehr viel Arbeit war. Die Reparatur erfolgte im Laufe der Werksgarantie. Noch dazu gab es kostenlose Getränke und schöne Tourentipps für die Gegend. Danke, ihr habt meinen Urlaub gerettet.

Doing the Slov TET, my FE350 quit. Got to Matin, Greg and the team, they could not try any harder to help. Busy and immaculate workshop. Did full factory system diag in 20 mins. My issue was more complex and they worked late and had it fixed in 1 day - saved my trip. Professional, skilled and enthusastic! Great bunch.

~~~ Beste Rettung in der Not ~~~ 15. Juni 2023 Auf unserer Italien und Slowenienreise machte ausgerechnet in der Pampa zwischen Cerkno und Ljubljana das hintere Federbein meiner KTM Adventure schlapp. Innerhalb weniger Stunden war das gesamte Dämpferöl davon getropft! Kapitaler Dichtungsschaden! NICHT gut für die restlichen 1500 Kilometer zurück an den Bodensee! Was tun? Abbruch? Pannendienst? Schlimmer noch! Der Verzicht auf das Reiseabenteuer Slowenien drohte!!! Aber was ein Glück im Unglück! In Ljubljana gibt es die Firma motoXgeneration, DER Servicepartner für WP Fahrwerke in ganz Slowenien! Durch den sehr engagierten Einsatz des kompetenten und sehr freundlichen Teams, der Chef spricht zudem sehr gut Deutsch, war mein nervöses Federbein am Abend wieder komplett einsatzbereit und wir konnten die restliche Reise wie geplant fortsetzen! 1000 Dank an das Team für die SUPER Hilfe in der Not! Sehr empfehlenswert diese Adresse in Slowenien und bestimmt wird dort jeder Husqvarna-Fan gut bedient! Der Laden sieht klasse aus! Beste Grüße von "Ducati und KTM"

Major call out to Martin and Greg at Husky motorcycles Ljubljana - not alone did they drop tools sort out my best mate who’s bike (Husky FE350) failed when we were doing the TET, repaired and turned around in a day, when I had a problem myself a day later (KTM690) they were straight back to us with advice on a roadside fix. Absolutely cracking lads that can’t do enough for you. Have to call them out for top notch service.
