Mycket dålig erfarenhet av säljaren. Medan jag valde och provade skor var hon trevlig, när jag sa att jag skulle tänka på det och komma nästa dag gav hon mig en otäck blick, himlade med ögonen, log cyniskt och ville inte ens säga hejdå . Hon är inte läpad att arbeta med kunder. Imorgon kommer jag tillbaka för att köpa skorna...not!

I had a really negative experience with the sales personal. I tried to return a pair of Veja shoes that had a material default and the lady in the shop was resisting to process my claim. I noticed that they don’t have a standard process how to handle claims/returns.
