I've had excellent service from Ralawise over the past few years. I haven't ever needed to try the returns procedure as everything ordered has been fab & just what's needed. I have had cause to ask a few questions to try & find the right garment for my customers & customer service has always been helpful! Mega Lieferant und Top Service! Ich wickele 90% meiner Einkäufe dort ab. Die Preise sind ebenfalls unschlagbar. Die einzige Kritik betrifft den Versand mit DPD. Leider ist dieser eine Katastrophe – Ware kommt nicht an oder wird von DPD nicht ausgeliefert. Ralawise bemüht sich jedoch stets, das Problem schnellstmöglich zu beheben. Ein kleiner Tipp: Ersetzt DPD durch UPS, dann läuft es besser.

Mobile ordering resulted in duplicate orders made, as instead of a confirmation page been displayed, I got an error 400 screen. However the order was still processed. Today I received 3 indentical orders instead of 1!
