Nesramnost zaposlene:( Sicer super, da ste organizirali dobrodelni tek, glede garage sale pa zelo razočarana. Organizacija precej slaba, najprej čakala 2h, zato da je bilo prvič vse pobrano, ko pa sem končno našla nekaj, kar mi ustreza, sem to dobila po redni ceni (pa ni nova kolekcija, to razumem). Tako da prvič in zadnjič, da sem šla na kaj takega. Pohvala pa zabavnemu tipu, ki nas je spuščal noter.

Ne spremljam SWY zgodbe od samega začetka , se mi je pa v omari v zadnjem letu nabralo že kar nekaj oblačil te znamke. Najprej ne samo da res lahko vsak zase najde kos vendar so izdelki odlični cena je primerna kvaliteti absolutno. Da o tem da se šport združi s stilom sploh ne začnem. Predvsem pa odzivnost na maile, težave, napake na izdelkih, ki ga nudijo je absolutno boljša, kot velika večina spletnih trgovin. SWY za vas samo kapo dol. Zagotovo redna stranka vaših izdelkov.

Average product range, some good quality items, but seriously lacking in customer support - very unfriendly and far from customer -oriented. Also, badly prepared for sales as whenever they have huge discounts shipping gets delayed by not only a few days (which would be totally normal and anyone would understand) but weeks! Just don't do it then if the whole process crashes as a result and everything gets pushed into the next quarter. Definitely lots of room for improvement there.
Hi, Kim. First, thank you. We always reply to all emails, on social media, answering the phone calls,... We have this covered. Also we are always willing to come in the customers favour, as we can. But of course, is not always everything possible. For the sales, yes, we are aware that and we are doing everything we can to fix this for the next sales, such as Black Friday. But as an owner of the company, I can say, totally confident and with my head up, that I can't push my employees over the borders so they don't burn out this time. But I'm aware that there is a lot more room for improvement and we are willing to do that, we hope soon. It's big step for the company, financial and systematic too. But it can't happen over night. <3 We are on our way there. It's slow process, but is happening. If we haven't answer you, or if we misjudged any situation, you can freely answer me here about the problem you've faced and I will do my best do sort this out. Dakle, tko ima veca prsa high support grudnjaci drze ko ludi, tajce preudobne! Kvaliteta stvarno top, da ne kazem da je omjer cijene i kvalitete vise nego dobar, neki brendovi koji su duplo skuplji nemaju ovakvu kvalitetu! Ja sam odusevljena svime, kvalitetom, brzinom… odlicno!

Imam kar nekaj njihovih izdelkov in so res top of the top! Stalno nosim 3 puloverje (en dve leti, drugi eno, tretji pa pol leta) in tudi en ni uničen še, pa čeprav jih dajem v sušilca (kar jih naj ne bi smela 😇) V bistvu mi je pa pojnt te znamke bolj v tem kaj predstavlja in kdo je ta team, ki za tem stoji. Ker so res ena taka velika družina in se vidi, da se res trudijo in so tudi super odzivni, če karkoli kupcu ni všeč. Vse pohvale ♥️
