I did a mushroom workshop there, it was very nice. Blaz and Anja are really friendly and welcoming. We visited their mushroom farm and we learnt different technics to inoculate and grow oyster mushroom, shiitake and lion's mane. We left with one inoculated bucket and 2 inoculated logs, so happy ! I can't wait to watch my mushroom growing !

Anja and Blaž welcomed us for a mushroom inoculation workshop. Blaž taught us how to prepare beech logs with oyster mushrooms and lione's mane mycelium (drilling, inoculating and waxing). Also we've seen cardboard inoculation in buckets.The whole process was amazing and I can't wait to see the mushrooms grow !!! I highly recommend their workshops, great teachers and very nice people. Thank you again for the quality time we've spent together 😁
