Neodzivni, zdolgočasen vratar, predčasno nikogar več v prodajalni (petek, 5.2.2021) ob 13.45.... Telefonist mi je pred desetimi minutami zatrdil, da v dentalnem oddelku delajo, me vezal tja, a nihce ne dvigne telefona, odzivnik javlja, da bodo poklicali nazaj, povratnega klica od nikoder... Se odpravim osebno tja, pa mi zdolgocasen vratar le pove, da “sorry, ni nikogar”. Sorry, ocitno ste pri Sanolaborju ostali v letu 1975... Morda pa je vendarle ze prisel cas, da malce prevetrite zadeve...

Zelo zadovoljna z njim. Prodajalke prijaznw, pravilno te usmerijo, razlozijo kar vprasas. V glavnem pripirocam vsem obisk SANOLABORja 👍

I am a regular shopper on the supplements side of the store, at least twice a month and the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. However on the entry side where they sell shoes and other supplies the situation is sadly not so. Items in the store are expensive and cannot be returned so you need more assistance and answers to questions. It begins well, and hopes are high for assistance. When I came for help with support stockings and as they are 30+ Euros I wanted to be sure I got the right ones. There is a very big selection and the sales woman was friendly enough, but there are no samples of the weights or finishes so you can't see what you are buying. They would not open the package to show me, and once you get to your personal measurements or exceed the 2 minute mark with questions time is up and you should buy or get out. Same with the buckwheat pillows. I was barely able to look in the box to feel the pillow, again a 30 Euro item and non-refundable. Each time I came to this side I was helped by a different salesperson. The store is usually empty so it's not because they are helping other clients. I find customer service in Ljubljana generally lacking, but in this section of the store, it's awful. I am going to another store to make my purchases of these items. Perhaps management should look at this?

This store is expensive if you are interested in health food and dietary supplements, but I'm not sure how the prices for medical equipment and lab supplies rank. They do have a lot of them, and the staff is very attentive.
