Bauhaus Rudnik - One of the oldest employees, was acting really impropriety. We kindly asked him for help, and his response was to f*** off. After getting help from kind student Tilen, we finally got the experience we wished at the beginning. After the incident with old man, we went to the information desk, where they told us that this old man is acting like this for a long time. I just don't get how can company like this afford impolite staff. I understand that we are in the difficult times, there is always possibility to transfer that kind of employees to different positions (back-office) and increase customer satisfaction.
