I called the shop and was told they have phone screen in stock so I can come right away. When I got there I was told that they dont have the sreen on hand so I would have to wait 2 to 3 weeks before it arrived. I spent half an hour getting there for nothing!

I personally hate this place i came in with a water damaged phone they said it would take around 4 days but it took them 2 weeks. And when I came to take my phone they said that they broke the front glass and that i had to pay for it. They said that everything works but the screen is broken and I had the give them money to fix it. But they where the one who broke the front glass, and the glass wasn't even cracked befor they handed my phone back in a plastic bag and there where Pieces of my phone all of them where not in place the mother bord the cameras, speakers everything was outside of the phone in the bag. And they refused to refund the money I payed to fix the water damage and give me the money for the broken phone. If I could I would give them negative stars never coming here ever again.

Had an issue on Samsung S21. They dealt with the problem professionally and within a day. I recommend it anytime. Don't take your device to anyone, besides them. Recommendation to staff: Since you have a great system for customers to see the status of their repair. I'd recommend adding a proof, like a picture of the issue on their devices. That way you earn trust from your customers and they can be relieved from any stress and doubt.

I have used Mobistekla.si's repair services twice. The first time, they replaced the charging port on my OnePlus device. Their service was quick, fairly priced, and the repair quality was decent. Recently, I asked them to replace the battery on my iPhone 11, which had 73% battery health. I paid an extra €15 for expedited service (a total of €70). After replacing the battery, they instructed me to calibrate it by fully charging and discharging the phone 10 times. I followed their instructions and repeated the process 14 times, but the battery life was disappointing—only around 4 hours of screen-on time, similar to what I had with the original battery at 73% health. When I contacted them again, they suggested a factory reset if the battery wasn't performing as expected. I performed the reset twice, but it made no difference. I requested a refund, and after waiting a week, they informed me that they had 'recalibrated' the battery by performing 10 full charge cycles. They claimed the battery now met the manufacturer's specifications. However, as soon as I left the shop, I noticed the battery was draining rapidly—losing 2% in just 1 minute of data usage. When I returned home and charged the phone to 100%, I found the screen-on time was still only 2.5 hours. Even worse, the battery discharges at an unacceptable rate: 5% in just 10 minutes of normal browsing on Chrome while on Wi-Fi. I again tried to factory reset the device, but it did absolutely nothing. I'm going on a trip in a few days and need my phone to function properly, but instead, I’m left with a poorly performing battery. I deeply regret choosing Mobistekla.si for this battery replacement and would strongly advise NOT TO CHANGE BATTERIES with them!
