Never bring them your devices. Because there is a chance you will not receive them back. I trusted and gave them my electric scooter Segway Ninebot as it does not turn on. They could not repair it and did not tell me exact reason why the scooter does not work - they told me: “We can’t check if there is a problem with battery, because there is a problem with chip, if we change chip (it is around 150€), then we can check battery and if it is a battery we have to order a new battery to replace it but we have no batteries in stock and we do not even know the price for battery”. I was confused if I have to repair it at all as I did not see the clear picture. To pay 150€ for a chip and still have the broken scooter with no possibility to replace a battery? Btw, do you know that if you did not come in 60 days your device is not yours any more? They have a right to sell it or destroy it? I did not receive my scooter back. I came to get it and they told me to come tomorrow as it is for storage at another address. But next day I wrote and email asking to say me time when I can come and take my scooter, and I received an email informing me I don’t have any more my scooter, because I was too late and I had to read agreement when sign - I gave the the right to own my device if no show of 60 days. That’s all. During that all period no calls, no real interest to solve the problem I addressed to them with. So please, think twice and find another service. Here they does not stick to the law and do what they want.

Zelo visoke marže, na "urgentno" nisem dobil nadomestnega telefona, samo za popravilo sem plačal enako kot pa če bi kupil nov "refurbished" telefon, s tem da sem prinesel svoje komponente za menjavo...očitno se ne splača obnavljati telefonov :')

Around 9:30 I brought in my Huawei P30 Pro to do an urgency lcd + cracked front screen change along with a cracked back glass change, was able to pick up the phone later the same day around 17:00~. As I didn't want to give them my phone passcode they make you sign a waiver essentially giving up your warranty on the repair as according to them without the passcode they can't fully test the functionality of the device to guarantee all is well, something I honestly found to be a pretty big red flag but decided to see if they'd just give me a busted phone when I returned due to not having the warranty. It's now been about a week since the repair and I'm very pleased, there's no issues with the phone whatsoever - you can't even tell it's been cracked/had a repair done in the past. Definitely recommend them for urgent phone repairs
