The office is nicely arranged in Rudnik. The clerk, uninterested in work, does not know destinations and checks every matter with her colleagues or on the phone. Because I got sick, I couldn't go on vacation. I asked for an alternative appointment, which took 1 week or more to get an answer. Since I didn't have the risk of cancellation, I paid the cancellation fee of over 300 euros. This was the help of the referee. She didn't know what to do about the gift certificate either..... Thank you.

Office in Kranj. I drove there, half an hour's drive, to hear live something more than what was on offer. I had 2 hotels shortlisted, but the girl taught me how to look for details after booking. I know from previous experience that a girl could call the hotel and ask what I was interested in. No will! We made the reservation for a more expensive room because she didn't bother to ask for information. On the way home, I got a notification that she had to change the contract because she forgot to charge for the transfer. 3 days before departure, she informed me that I could not get the reserved room, but another one. What do you do right before departure, but the reservation is 1 month in advance? You accept. 😡

Hotel predstavijo kot nadpovprečen , z povprečno hrano , hotel je bil definitivno ne samo pod povprečen ampak grozen z ogabno hrano. Naj povem , da smo ta hotel izbrali po njihovem predlogu. + voda nam je zalila sobo ob pritožbi naleteli na gluha ušesa hotela in agencije. Ko smo menjali hotel je bilo v drugem vse super.

Staff was not proffesional, first they put wrong date for reservation, then i realised that i have payed for 7 days, but actually it was 6, first day you come around 5pm, and last day (day 6) you need to go back at 1am , so you get only 1 hour of 7th day
