Nebotičnik, Ljubljana's iconic 1930s "Skyscraper," is a unique dining spot that combines delicious food with stunning panoramic views. It is close to the city center, and at the top, there is a restaurant/bar worth visiting for the view. There is even a signature Nebotičnik cake, a layered chocolate, and a hazelnut treat, which you should not miss. As you dine on the open-air rooftop terrace, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of Ljubljana, the surrounding mountains, and the Ljubljana Castle. We came up just to have a drink and enjoy the view. The overall vibe is slightly older, with perks, as you will feel going back in time. Also, except for the wind, it was pretty strong. But the old glass was protective. And the service was on the lower end. But it was fun to go to the bathroom as you had to enter a secret code to open the door, which you got from the waitress. For two people, we paid 11.50€. Amazing view, great place to have breakfast (and it's not particularly expensive). You need to take the elevator and then walk up the wooden stairs to get to the top.

I came here for the stunning views and a beer. I can’t comment on the food or drinks. Service was a bit slow, but they tried hard to keep up with a large number of people and managed to keep a friendly demeanor. We went on a Sunday evening near sunset. We had to walk around and wait a bit until a table cleared, but it made it the perfect time to take some pictures.

A nice place to see the sunset and enjoy a drink - you get a lovely view of the castle and the sunset. Service was good and it wasn't that busy when we came in September. There is a screen up around the edge, and it could do with being cleaned as it obscures your view when you're sitting down.

The view, it seems, is the only redeeming quality of this rooftop bar. It's easily accessible by an elevator from street level, but consider carefully before making the journey. We arrived late on a weekday night, and service was terribly confused and slow. The drinks, as you might see by my picture, were horrible (and never mind it's the one thing you would expect a bar to excel in). I ordered an Old Fashioned. Could you tell from my picture? Probably not - in my mind, that's not how an Old Fashioned looks. Again, it certainly has a good view of the city, but don't expect any more than that.

Stunning views and comfortable seating. Terrible service, and was served with old stained marked cup, with big chip on saucer. Coffee was so bad and only warm so left a lot. Exceptionally slow to serve, and received my drink over 40 minutes of being there. I would advise to visit for the views and leave.

It has a good view, you are outside, we had just drinks which were fine. I am not giving more stars due to the fact that the toilette was under water, it could not be used and inside it smelled awful.
