Great view but awful service. No paper menus, only online. People have been complaining for ages, yet the owner doesn’t bother to change anything. Actually the staff is competing who is going to be ruder, slower and more incompetent.

An amazing place to enjoy the view of the whole city, the views are stunning when it’s sunny. It’s free to go upstairs via elevator, no need to buy ticket.

We ordered tea and mulled wine. The tea was average and the mulled wine was the worst mulled wine we have ever drunk. When I asked the service, they just apologized and said they buy the mulled wine already done. So bad for such a good location. And it was really expensive. 3,6 Eur for a tea bag and 4,5 Eur for the worst mulled wine. The usually price on the Christmas Markt is 3 -3,5 Eur and its way better. This is not the cafe it used to be. Really disappointed.

Festa di capodanno 2023-2024 25€ di ingresso, per poi ordinare un cocktail da 8€ che di alcol non aveva praticamente nulla, era acqua, musica discutibile, poca gente. Siamo stati un paio d'ore poi siamo scappati, non ne è valsa per niente la pena

Free of charge to take the lift up, and take a flight of stairs up to the terrace! Majestic views of the mountain range and Ljubljana Castle. Drinks and cakes are affordable and yummy.

Katastrofalna novoletna zabava 2023/2024, racunali ste za vstopnino, do 24h ste vse ljudi spravili v kavarno, klub odprli ob 00:40, pijče niste imeli na zalogi, premalo personala…. Katastrofa 👎

Absolutnie trzeba się tam wybrać będąc w lubljanie aby zobaczyć panoramę miasta. Jeśli chodzi o napoje to są całkiem dobre, w dobrej cenie, jedynym minusem jest to, że jeśli siedzi się na tarasie to obsługa może nie zauważyć klienta. Cudowne zachody słońca, inny kolor nieba co kilka minut!

I came here almost every year, and I really loved this place before COVID. Since last year, the services have been getting worse every year. The waiter and waitress did not care to serve you, and the options there are very limited. The toilet is so dirty and smelly. No one cares to maintain this place anymore (everything is falling apart and even the plant is dead) It hurts me to see this place not being uphold to it beauty due to bad and unorganised management.
