Prešeren square is the center from where the city expands. There is a famous statue of the biggest Slovene poet France Prešeren and his beloved muse. His poem Zdravljica was chosen to be our national anthem. There is also the famous tripple bridge, central market, river Ljubljanica and the city castle is also in the walking distance. The most popular street is Čopova street, but my favourite is Trubarjeva street. If you are visiting Ljubljana, Prešeren statue is certainly a place to visit. Nearby are two big churches, Stolnica and St. Francis church, coloured in red.
