Personale cordiale e disponibile ma tendono a proporre esclusivamente pacchetti o attrazioni stabdard( gita in barca ecc) a volte sarebbe piacevole che venissero illustrate anche altre attività.

The best tourist office I’ve ever been! The girls on the reception were really helpful and so nice to us. They gave us all the information we needed. But the best of our stay in Ljubliana was the amazing tour guided by Tanja, she’s an amazing tour guide, she knows a lot of languages and she loves her job and you can feel that whenever she’s guiding. She was also an amazing person who gave us a lot of tips and information about Slovenia, we are sure that we will meet her again in another part of the world! See you soon Tanja!! And for the kind girls in the office it was a pleasure meeting you!!

We went there a couple days ago and the workers were fantastic and incredibly nice, we ended up getting the Ljubljana card and it was absolutely worth it and using it for the first time with the walking tour the next morning. The walking tour became the highlight of our whole trip throughout Slovenia. Our guide was Tanja and she was great, she knew a lot of languages and she spoke them really fluently. Aside from that the pace was perfect and she was amazing and charming! Every recommendation she gave us for the following days ended up being perfect! So thanks to Tanja and everyone who works inside the Information desk! You made our trip even greater!

Tara and her colleagues were truely remarkable. Helpful certainly but thoughtful and appreciative of our age and abilities. They didn’t speak German but maybe others do but English was excellent. Make sure this is your first stop in town particularly if you have made plans on google. Not googles fault but one trip we planned has stopped a few years ago. So we are doing something else.

Je suis rentré dans le tourist information center en ayant pour objectif de savoir comment me rendre à Bled en bus depuis Ljubljana. Je vous livre la conversation exacte que j'ai eue, lunaire (en anglais) - bonjour, j'aimerai me rendre à Bled en bus, comment je dois faire ? - prenez le bus a la gare de bus -... quel bus ? Les horaires ? - allez a la station de bus et prenez le bus en direction de bled - quel numéro de bus ? - le bus qui va a Bled ! Pas de numéro, demandez la bas - ... Je suis ressorti incrédule. Et la femme semblait satisfaite du renseignement qu'elle m'a donné. Jamais vu ça. J'ai du demander des informations parce que sur les applications de trajet de bus de Slovénie la station de bus s'écrit "avtobus" avec un V et pas un U. Même le terme "bus station" ne ressortait pas. Je n'avais pas cette information et donc je n'arrivais pas à localiser un départ en bus du centre ville "train station" par exemple. Voilà, absurde comme information. Ne sert a rien.
