I would avoid this place - the red head lady behind the counter is rude, arrogant and should not be representing such a beautiful city. It seems like this place is only interested in making money. My experience was based from September 2017 - hopefully this lady has been sacked ... she shouldnt be in Customer service. All the other staff seems scared of her - particularly when she started screaming and clapping her hands at me.

The whole team at TIC is working hard on friendly welcome of inhabitants and visitors to Ljubljana and on efficient informing of tourists. We will try to get more information what was going on that day and we will make sure that this kind of situations won't happen again.
