While we value your input, it's important to note that the refund policy is determined by the bus operator. However, we are proud to be the exclusive vendor offering refunds on the Urbana Card (card only, not the bus rides), for purchases made in our office. The Urbana Card remains active for up to 5 years, allowing you to pass it on to someone else who plans to travel to Ljubljana in the future. Furthermore, we're excited to inform you that the local transport experience will soon improve. Visitors will soon have the convenience of paying for bus rides directly on the bus using credit cards.
