It's an outdoor art installation. It is kind of cool to see but in a run down part of town. This is where young alternative or counter culture people hang out. Soy ds like they have parties and music at night.

Quite an interesting place... its quite a centre of alternative culture scene, the buildings are covered with very interesting graffiti all over the walls... we were surprised to see that this shabby looking strange place actually had inhabitants and when we went there they were busy preparing for an event that evening..we didn't manage to go there in the evening , but my Slovenian friend said its a must visit during the evenings there are great music events - you only have to be a bit careful of your surroundings ...-may be next time..
