I've been parking car in line with ~ 10 another one (on free parking place) and MAINLY asking passing through police officer's if everything is OK -> answer was yes!. Quite surprised, that coming back from grocery in 10 mins, found this penalty behind window. Waiting behind car to let me walk in mall and make notice, like really? Enjoy the money, tip for free, so many online courses (under 20EUR) on internet - Customer facing. Maybe you will get, dear Mr. "officer", proper police job instead of parking ticket boy. Ivo Car
