I went there yesterday to get treatment for an infection. I waited 3 hours and I was in so much pain. The doctor came and consulted me, but didn’t treat me or prescribe any medications or even tell me what’s the reason for the infection. After a while a staff came with the bill of €88.20. After I paid the bill they send me home and asked me to go to some other clinic in Monday. I am still in pain. All they did was making sure that I pay! Worst hospital experience ever in my life!

Never ever expected such a rude behavior from the whole staff especially the staffs who works in there night shift,we feel as a racist behavior to the migrant people's is very common here,try not to visit here if you not support racism

I’ve been to my fair share of hospitals all over Europe and this is one of the bests I’ve been to! Everyone speaks English and is super nice and helpful, would highly recommend if you have an emergency

I was pleasantly surprised with the service in this emergency room. I got there on Saturday night, and I had to wait only about 5-10 minutes before I was attended by a lady who asked about my problem, and redirected me to the doctor. For me as a foreigner, it was great that this lady, the doctor and the nurse spoke English. The doctor attended me immediately, he was very friendly and helpful, did the checkup and ultrasound, and helped me with my problem.

Pozdravljeni. Dne:1.3-2.3 sem bila na urgenci 17ur. Rada bi se zahvalila Dr.Jure Tršan,ki se je zavzel zame in mi pomagal pri nadaljnjem zdravljenju in res je najprej človek potem pa šele zdravnik. Jaz lahko samo recem,da na odelku ginekologije so tok nesramne da adijo pamet.Odnosa nobenega komunikacija na nivoju 5 letnega nevzgojenega otroka SVASTA! Urgenca na samo obup cakanje predolgo tam moras bit na pol mrtu da te kdo povoha pa se to dvomim da te bi😏

The tirage system is a joke, 5.5h waiting time for what is supposed to be 2h and there were only few people there, SERIOUSLY understaffed. No working monitors to see where you are at with your waiting and a horrible old toilet. All the stars go to the staff who were friendly and professional. But seriously, the capitals Emergecy room has only few people working there, I am sad for the workers, there were more guards there than doctors lol. But props for the doctors and nurses who had to handle all that.
