By far the best vegan gnocchi I have ever had. Very friendly staff, very butique, only the best ingrediants. This restaurant is proof that we do not need to eat meat to have an amazong food experience:)

We were intrigued by all the reviews and gave it a go. Decided to take the tasting me u incl. wine pairing and we had some good food! I did miss to take a photo of the dessert and the main! Don’t go there if you’re in a rush or just want a quick bite though!

Outstanding gourmet vegan cuisine served in a modern and comfortable space with polite service and excellent value for money set menus. We came for lunch and were so impressed by the 15 Euro 3-course set lunch that we made a reservation for that same evening for dinner. We had the 5 course tasting menu which was fantastic. If I had to mention one flaw, it would be the delay between certain courses. However, for the price, it was understandable, given the fine dining level of presentation of each course. A good selection of wine is also available by the glass and bottle. Note that we’re not vegans but truly enjoy and appreciate vegan cuisine done well, with plenty of flavors, textures and creativity. We’d happily come back here if we’re ever back in Ljubljana!

Gaudi en Naan was an amazing experience! As I like to write a thorough reviews, I’ve categorised it. I get that you might not want to read it all. The ambiance: Very nice. The tables where wide and spread out nicely over the space. There was enough privacy but still cozy. Seats were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The food: We had the five course menu with wine paring. When we started with the amuse and sparkling wine we got homemade bread at the table. The texture and flavour of the bread was AMAZING! Actually, the flavours of the whole menu where amazing. Everything was very well balanced. The creamy gnocci with truffle and the signature dish with kale, cashew and rice where my absolute favourites. If I could advise you, please add this restaurant to you *mustvisit* list. You will not regret this. The wine: First of all, the host was very kind and greatly skilled. He calculated the wine paring not only great with the food but also adjusted the paring to our taste. It was bold, brave and perfectly matched. We’ve tasted Slovenian wines, all unique in flavour. We had an orange wine, aged on wood, juicy and ridge. For me there where 2 winners, the Poanta Reia and the Sumenjak Alter. Amazing! If you don’t have to drive, just go for the wine paring and let the host surprise you. Overall: Amazing, great food and wine. Very good service and nicely priced. Would recommend this to everyone, vegans, vegetarians, flexitarians and meat/fish eaters. A true pearl of Ljubljana. Note: make a reservation! They are popular!

Cosy, vegan restaurant. The service was really good and attentive. We had two starters (Tempura and Conchiglie) and as main dishes the House Curry and the roasted aubergine. Everything was very tasty and the portions are quite big. Unfortunately, there was no room for a dessert anymore :-) Only one suggestion for improvement: please use a different tonic water for the Gin&Tonic. The Malfy gin with Cana tonic water tasted horrible. But overall, we loved it and would come back any time.

We went there for dinner and we really loved the place. Very beautiful and stylish ambience. Food was extremely tasty and absolutely within reason for quality and quantity. Service was friendly and attentive. We ca really recommend the restaurant. Not only for vegans 😉

Amazing food and very nice service with very reasonable price. We ordered the daily lunch specials, which was a 3-course menu for 15euro. At the end we would have been happy to pay much more because the food were just too good.

Nice place with sophisticated ambience. Outstanding service. Delicious food. Price was very good (1 starter, 2 mains, 1 dessert, bottle of white wine and 2 coffees for €65). Several people were turned away because the restaurant was full, so book ahead to avoid disappointment. We loved it and hope to return.

This was a big disappointment. We were really looking forward to this, reading the good reviews and seeing the pictures. And yes the food looks great (thats why it gets 2 stars instead of 1), but the food was tasteless (we had 4 different meals and all tasteless) and the service is really bad

Well, frankly there are a few things to work on. The plates are well prepared but there is not a nutricion balance. There is one waiter and the service is quite slow. The small place is the hall entrance to a few condos. Anyway, not bad.

We ate here on an August evening with our 14 year old son who at first was dubious as it seemed too much like a “real restaurant”, but like us he loved the food and service. We have nothing but positives to say from the tasteful decor, the smooth service, the outstanding starters, mains and desserts (the banana chocolate cake is heavenly) to the wines and drinks. Will be back whenever in Ljubljana.
