We were here today, bringing our parents, who were skeptical about vegan food in the first place. Vegan sausages were served cold and with a really hard wrap. That didn't help at all. When we told the waiter, he just said that he told the chef and as an excuse that they rearranged the whole kitchen staff and they didint know how to prepare it correctly. The bill of course was at the same price in the end, which didn't help us with the disappointment. Otherwise Dodole and Bograc were good and the wine as well. Expensive for what you get.

It is really a nice restaurant with a great service. I had the most famous dessert here Prekmurska gibanica. It was really nice. I would recommend people coming to this place and have a taste of Slovenian cuisine.

Tale sramota me je stala 16€. V Hoferju bi to predstavljalo 2 kosa sočne gibanice z poreklom. Cena pa bi bila eno četrtino te. Pohvalil bi vsaj okus, ampak ga ni bilo saj mi je delovala zelo suha in stara. Če povzamem bi rekel, da je samo za turiste, ki se ne bodo nikoli več vrnili.

Hands up for the great idea of a vegetarian restaurant in the centre of Ljubljana! Amazing. However the food did not have any fresh taste, felt like they just warmed it up and brought it to the table. Kind of expensive for the flavour. Would go again to try different dishes.

Resto devenant VEGAN. Décembre 2021 - De retour à Ljubljana après 2 ans de restrictions de voyage liées au Covid, nous avions hâte de retourner à ce restaurant typique et populaire que nous apprécions tant. Mauvaise surprise : le lieu est devenu vegan. Exit toute viande, lait ou œuf de la carte. Plus de saucisses, plus de charcuteries, plus de médaillons de porc aux pruneaux, plus de bœuf mijoté... Même les légendaires dodoles n'ont plus la même saveur, ils sont fades, lourds et sans intérêt. Très très déçus de l'expérience. Autre fausse note : 1,30€ de "frais de couverts" facturés par client ! Et malgré cela, au moment de l'addition on nous fait comprendre que "le service n'est pas compris". Vraiment très très limite. Certes tout était précisé d'avance et nous n'avions qu'à faire attention où nous mettions les pieds, mais définitivement on va rayer cette adresse de nos recommendations ljubljanaises.

Il cibo non era granché, molto banale (patate lesse a gnocco), ma ok la cucina semplice si può anche apprezzare a volte. Ho chiesto di andare in bagno e per andarci dovevo uscire dal locale ed entrare in un altro edificio dove non c'era nessuno con il freddo di dicembre, non proprio il massimo ma ok. Ma fin qua potevo ancora capire, poi è arrivato il conto.... 6 euro di acqua e 7 per 50mL di vino. Beh decisamente non è valsa la pena mettere piede lì dentro. L'unica cosa che ho aprezzato sono stati i camerieri che erano proprio bei ragazzi, almeno distraggono da quello che si mangia.

SO DELICIOUS! We are so happy our tour guide recommended this place, everything was delicious and the staff was super helpful. We loved our meal (so much so that we came back 2 more times during our short visit in Ljubljana). The dödöle was our favorite, you must try it! Thank you Gujžina for a delicious taste of Slovenia!
