I had the displeasure of communicating over the phone with one of Integra's employees who played a role of a car driver for our mutual client. This person's behaviour crossed the line of not only business conduct but also personal communication: he was rude, called me by my first name, used swear words in every single sentence and threatend both me personally and the safety of my property. He was literally yelling at me over the phone for a minute. When I complained about his driver's behaviour to Mr. Ivosevic, the general manager, he was arogant, aloof, highly unprofessional, too, and claimed the situation had nothing to do with him. Primitivism at its best! I would never do business with these kind of people and I suggest high precaution in contact with them to anyone.
