All of the staff (front desk, vet techs, and the doc) were professional and compassionate to us. We are foreigners and were very scared because our kitty had an accident and we suspected a broken bone. They took us as soon as we arrived. Everyone spoke English with us. They were patient and caring with us worried parents and sweet to our not-so-happy kitty too. They even emailed us our girl’s xrays. The staff was a big relief to us on a very stressful day.
