So I've been their client, both on the vet and hotel side for a while now and honestly, they're incredible. On the vet side of things, the doctors are kind and professional, and the animals are treated absolutely wonderfully. They've never tried to sell me something my dog didn't need and the price is more fair than anywhere else I've been before. On the hotel side of things, knowing the clinic is right there makes me feel incredibly safe every time. The staff is kind and even taught me a few things, as well as sent me updates in the form of pictures of my dog playing and getting along with everyone. I genuinely couldn't be happier. As for the store, if there's something specialised I need, it's my go-to. They have a wide array of things, such as pills for anxiety (gotta love fireworks), supplements and solutions for dealing with pests. Honestly I've never even known about some of the things they sell - every time I have a problem I talk to the seller and she always helps me find what I need. My family has been going to this place specifically for more than 10 years, with 4 different dogs and I genuinely hope I never have to go elsewhere.

Auch wenn diese Sterne schwer zu vergeben sind, die Klinik ist super. Mit einem krank Hund sind wir in den Urlaub gefahren und wurden hier liebevoll aufgenommen und unser Hund betreut. Sowohl die Frauen an der Rezeption, als auch die Ärzte, allen waren einfühlsam und haben alles versucht, um unseren Hund Amy zu retten. Leider war unser Hund schon zu sehr krank, das wir schweren Herzens uns von ihm im Urlaub verabschieden mussten. Preislich Gegensatz zu Deutschland weitaus günstiger aber qualitativ besser. Wir haben uns hier die Tage sehr aufgehoben und betreut gefühlt. Man hat auch allen angesehen, das sie mit uns gelitten haben und unser Hund kein Gegenstand für sie war. Danke für die Hilfe, um unseren Hund doch noch zu helfen und danke für die Betreuung.

Prijazni vzamejo si čas za žival, imam težek primer rešene psičke. Nikjer nas niso sprejeli vse pohvale kliniki lepotička bo operirana. Zato jih toplo priporočam
